Alabama Telecommunications Relay Service (ATRS) is a telephone service that connects standard (voice) telephone users and users who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, and/or who have speech disabilities and use text telephones (TTY). Directory Assistance Discounts
Customers who have difficulty using a telephone directory may qualify for discounted Local Directory Assistance (411). Exemptions do not apply for National Directory Assistance. To inquire about Directory Assistance Discounts, please call us 1-888-227-5710 or TTY 7-1-1.
