Mountain High Organics White Jasmine Rice is fragrant and aromatic, with a delicate flavor. Prized for centuries in Thailand for its silky texture and sweet, nutty flavor, White Jasmine Rice cooks up separate and fluffy. Due to its fluffiness and slightly sticky texture when cooked, it’s considered excellent for rice pilaf and a side dish for curry. Packaged in a reusable 40 lb. bucket that has oxygen absorbers inside which extends the unopened shelf life. USDA Certified Organic, Kosher, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free.

Simply remove the strip and open with a pair of pliers (our wrench sold separately). Our buckets are easy to store and portion, just store in a cool, dry place and be sure to reseal properly after opening to restore longevity. Avoid storing in the garage. Stackable and reusable, simply replace the liner and refill with our 25lb bags of organic foods to continue using.
